Customer Service.
Our customer service is available Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST and Friday from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. EST for you available. Inquiries, orders and claims will be handled within 2 (two) working days. For special requests and solutions do we ask for a leeway of 3 (three) working days to ensure a binding response.

Communication.
You will receive an order confirmation within 2 (two) working days after receipt of your order.

Timing.
It is our constant aim to have all our products readily available. This is unfortunately not always possible - due to our big range of products and our rapid growth. Even though we have optimized our manufacturing cycle can it take between 4 -8 weeks for delivery. On your order confirmation we will inform you regarding the delivery date and we will do our utmost to ensure a timely delivery.

We love challenges.
Every order is important to us – none too big or too small. In order to provide you with the best product, we cannot neglect our core competence for special or quite individualised productions. Should this be the case, we might have to refer you to another company.

We live quality.
Only LED bulbs tested to the strictest quality standards will leave our production.

We think towards the future.
Ever in need of a spare part? No problem. The warranty on our products and parts is 3 years, effective from the date of invoice.
